He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Skills Legal Consultants, a legal consultancy firm based in Abu Dhabi, specialized in contract drafting, real-estate and tenancy dispute resolution, and company formation both locally and internationally.

He is also the owner of Auto Zoom Rent A Car, a company specialized in corporate transportation and vehicle leasing services, offering high-standard solutions for companies and individuals throughout the UAE.

Mr. Al-Shobak has extensive practical experience working with various governmental entities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including the Department of Economic Development (DED), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and the Rental Dispute Center (RDC).
